Community Nutritionist: WIC Education & Outreach
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany
Catholic Charities of Columbia & Greene Counties is seeking a dedicated Qualified Nutritionist to join our team in New York. This role supports WIC participants through nutrition education, assessment, and coordination with the WIC Coordinator. You will travel to outreach sites as needed and help verify eligibility and medical documentation in partnership with healthcare providers.
