Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist, working with a focused caseload of 37 students at the middle and high school level. This is a contract position designed for three days each week, offering the opportunity to have a significant impact while maintaining a balanced work schedule.

What you bring:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience delivering services in a school setting, particularly with adolescent populations
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills, partnering with teachers, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate student progress and advocate for their needs
• Knowledge of school-based compliance, documentation, and best practices

Your key responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech and language challenges and strengths
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored for middle and high schoolers
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy aligned with IEP goals, tracking progress
• Collaboratively participate in student meetings, parent conferences, and IEP reviews
• Provide strategies, education, and resources for teachers and families to support student development
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
