Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the College Station, Texas area. In this full-time role (30+ hours per week) spanning the upcoming academic year (August 19th, 2026 - May 28th, 2027), you’ll help students develop essential communication skills—making a meaningful difference every day.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Texas SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Pediatric or K-12 school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and therapy documentation in both educational and healthcare settings
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a K-12 caseload with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reach student goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to each student
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting approaches for a variety of learning environments
