Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham is hiring per diem LPNs! We are a 4-star skilled nursing facility! Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $46, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay. Experience & Education Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. Must be CPR certified. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state, or be in the process of obtaining one. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care. Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately. Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness. Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes. Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs. Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list. Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary. Administer medication according to procedure. Maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which he/she is responsible.
