Job Opportunity: Director of Rehabilitation

This pivotal role involves overseeing physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech services, ensuring that residents receive tailored, goal-oriented care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to enhance their professional growth.
• Manage therapy schedules and caseloads effectively.
• Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Medicare requirements.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and families to promote safe mobility and enhance residents' quality of life.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a senior living context.
