Help Us Build Chick-fil-A Stillwater Opening mid-October, Chick-fil-A Stillwater is hiring 80 incredible team members to be a part of our founding team, and help build something special from day one. My name is Jake Knotek, and after serving as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in Rockford, Illinois, my family is excited to be coming home to the Stillwater area for good. We're looking forward to serving this community, building meaningful relationships, and creating a restaurant our guests and team members are proud of. Alongside an experienced leadership team, we're bringing proven systems and a passion for developing people. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the shift, supporting team members, and ensuring every guest receives remarkable hospitality. Team Leadership & Coaching: Direct, encourage, and support team members during shifts, providing real-time feedback and intentional coaching. Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering remarkable hospitality, actively resolving guest concerns, and creating genuine connections. Shift Management: Monitor positioning, manage breaks, and maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness and organization. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members during the shift, bridging communication between upper leadership and the floor. Uphold Standards: Champion the vision, mission, food safety regulations, and brand standards of Chick-fil-A Stillwater.
