Senior Consultant Data Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, consulting, and digital product delivery, supporting clients in transforming complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, engineers, and data scientists, to translate requirements into meaningful analytical outputs. The position involves hands-on work with SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools to generate insights that drive strategic decisions. You will contribute across the full lifecycle of data initiatives, from discovery and definition to implementation and reporting. Operating in an agile and collaborative environment, you will help shape scalable, sustainable solutions. Accountabilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions using relational databases, data modeling, and SQL-based querying.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Design and maintain data models, entity relationship diagrams, and process documentation.
• Cleanse, transform, and prepare datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Build dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.
• Support agile delivery processes and contribute to documentation of analytical methods and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, IT, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills with experience writing intermediate to advanced queries.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with relational databases, data architecture, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and experience using analytical or statistical packages is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments is preferred.
