This is a rare opportunity to build a finance function from scratch , directly influencing growth strategy and scaling a purpose-driven brand. What You’ll Do Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth Partner with leadership and investors to communicate company performance Drive fundraising efforts and board reporting Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and margin improvement Provide financial insight on pricing, COGS, and profitability within CPG Develop dashboards and reporting tools for smarter decisions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA a plus) 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, modeling, and investor relations Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Proven ability to partner with leadership and investors in high‑growth environments Strategic mindset paired with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude If you’re ready to join a company with purpose, momentum, and the backing to make it happen — we’d love to talk.
