Senior Odoo Team Lead (Full Stack)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead our Odoo development team and drive technical excellence across projects. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, architecture ownership, and delivery responsibility. You will mentor developers, define best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable Odoo solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and product teams. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers. Architect, design, and develop scalable Odoo solutions end-to-end. Take ownership of complex customizations, integrations, and migrations. Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices. Translate business requirements into technical designs and execution plans. Plan sprint tasks, allocate work, and track delivery milestones. Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams. Handle performance optimization, security, and scalability concerns. Act as the primary technical point of contact for Odoo-related decisions. Must Have 6+ years of experience in Odoo development with strong full-stack expertise. 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Odoo development teams. Deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and core modules. Proven experience with Odoo migrations, integrations, and large implementations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Experience with Odoo.sh , cloud deployments, and DevOps workflows. Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes in Odoo environments. Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management.
