Required Licensure:
- Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Preferred Certifications:
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Years of Experience:
- 2 years NICU, Vent competent

Float Requirements:
- Nurses will be expected to work in either the NICU, PICU, or Postpartum floor as determined by patient volumes.

Must Have Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 full years of NICU experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- Prefer 2 years in a NICU level 3 or higher

Personality Fit:
- Flexible and positive
