We are dedicated to empowering our clients to achieve their personal goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Current position includes the following days and times: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, working every other weekend. Responsibilities Provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Encourage social interactions and community involvement through planned activities. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the supervisory team. Maintain a safe and clean-living environment for clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Facilitate skill-building activities that promote independence and self-advocacy. Adhere to all company policies and state regulations regarding client care and safety. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
