Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Non-CDL Driver in Bethlehem, PA! Pay: $24 + DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 4:00AM

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Non-CDL Driver to join a fast-paced team delivering electrical supplies throughout the area. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26 ft box truck with liftgate
• Deliver electrical supplies to customer locations
• Break down loads and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Assist with delivery route planning and communication with dispatch
• Complete delivery paperwork, warehouse scans, and obtain signatures
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Maintain accurate driving and delivery logs
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Keep vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Qualifications:

• Valid Non-CDL License (Class C, D, or E)
• Medical Card required
• 2+ years of driving experience preferred, 3-5 years strongly preferred
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using pallet jacks and unloading materials
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Approximately 60% driving and 40% unloading/customer delivery support
• Routes average approximately 150 miles daily
• Hi-vis vest and steel toe shoes required
