Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Brockton, MA/South Shore, MA

Field-based specialty sales representative role for psychiatry products in the Brockton and South Shore, MA area. The position involves executing brand strategy, managing territory sales performance, building customer relationships, and meeting financial and clinical targets while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in assigned territory to achieve sales performance and financial targets
- Develop and implement call plans that optimize coverage frequency and maximize access to key customer accounts
- Create pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales effectiveness and handle objections
- Build market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, disease state, and product knowledge; share with team
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speakers to support brand performance and customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or five years industry experience with three in pharma/healthcare
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Proven leadership track record and strong presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with proficiency in business tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check, drug screen, immunization proof, and fingerprinting
- Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style and operate in matrix environment
