Controller - Hybrid

We're partnering with a growing industrial organization to add a Controller to lead accounting across a multi-entity environment with full ownership of financial reporting, close, and controls. This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on leadership role suited for a corporate accounting professional looking to step into a broader, more impactful position with exposure to both financial reporting and operational finance. What You'll Do Own the month‑end close and financial reporting process Lead consolidated accounting across multiple entities Oversee audits, reconciliations, and ensure balance sheet integrity Strengthen controls, processes, and accounting policies Partner with leadership on financial analysis, KPIs, and planning Support costing, margin analysis, and operational insights Manage and develop a small accounting team What We're Looking For Strong corporate accounting foundation (reporting, close, audit) Experience in a multi‑entity or complex environment Prior leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Exposure to manufacturing or costing is a plus (not required) CPA or MBA is a plus Benefits Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
