• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• 17 - 20 patients per day
• Outpatient family medicine clinic with separate pediatrics department
• Team-based model transitioning to 1:1 physician/APP model
• Minor procedures -- suturing, splinting, and punch biopsies
• Telehealth available
• 4 - 6+ years of recent outpatient family medicine experience preferred
