Our success rate is unmatched by any other Firm.Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time tenacious and perceptive Trial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate should have experience supervising a team of attorneys and be licensed (and in good standing) in California with two or more years of experience in directly managing civil litigation in both State and Federal courts, inclusive of sophisticated law and motion work.Key Responsibilities:Lead pre-trial preparation and trial strategy.Delegate and supervise assignments for junior attorneys and staff.Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.Argue substantive motions in court.Independently manage and litigate a full case docket.Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments for clients and leadership.Engage in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Examine and cross-examine witnesses at trial; respond to evidentiary objections.Attend and lead hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.Negotiate settlements leveraging deep case knowledge.Prepare, argue, and litigate a diverse roster of cases through trial.Provide strategic legal advice and complex case analysis.Why Join Us:Gain hands-on litigation experience in Los Angeles and Orange County courtsWork under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys in a mentorship-driven settingDevelop skills across multiple areas of litigation, from motions practice to trial preparationBe part of a collaborative, growth-oriented law firm where initiative and diligence are rewardedContribute to impactful consumer protection litigationCompensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experience - $190,000 - $350,000Billing bonus: Up to $20,000 - easy to earn!Two additional bonus structures:Performance-based trial and litigation outcomes.Firm-wide discretionary bonuses tied to overall results and contributions.Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, and paid parking.Paid time off, referral program, and employee assistance program.
