Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC)

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team providing high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care. In this role, you will deliver outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups through a hybrid model that includes both in-person sessions in our offices and secure telehealth appointments. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate accurate DSM-5 diagnoses, and develop collaborative, individualized treatment plans that focus on measurable goals and improved patient outcomes.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other clinicians to coordinate care and ensure that each patient receives integrated, holistic support. Your clinical work will incorporate evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-informed care, and other modalities suited to each patient’s needs. You will provide ongoing therapy, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and offer crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.
