VP of Investor Relations

Leading the company's engagement with the investment community, the remote VP of Investor Relations will develop communication strategies regarding financial performance and long-term vision while fostering relationships with institutional investors and analysts. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for communicating the organization's financial performance and strategic priorities to the investment community Oversee the preparation and execution of investor calls and presentations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform internal strategy and enhance external messaging Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related fields Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts Deep understanding of financial statements and capital markets Exceptional communication and presentation skills Demonstrated success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
