Job Summary

RPM Builds is looking for a skilled Bolted Tank/Silo Laborer to join our team. As a Bolted Tank/Silo Laborer, you will be responsible for the construction and assembly of bolted tanks and silos used in various industries. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of these structures, following safety protocols and quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

●      Assemble bolted tanks and silos using hand and power tools, ensuring precision and accuracy.

●      Install and tighten bolts and fasteners according to specifications and torque requirements.

●      Collaborate with team members to plan and coordinate assembly projects.

●      Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

●      Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

●      Assist with the disassembly and relocation of tanks and silos as required.

Requirements:

●      Must be willing to travel the country for up to (8) weeks at a time working (6) 10-hour days.

●      Knowledge and ability to use common measuring instruments and hand tools such as tape measures, level, or square.

●      Ability to receive and comprehend verbal and/or non-verbal directions from Crew Foreman

●      Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, including both hot and cold extremes.

●      Use a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and other equipment to correctly assemble tank systems.

●      Ability to maintain physical fitness and be capable of lifting heavy objects.
