Gillis seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead strategic outbound activities for six multi-branded hotels across the USA and/or Canada. The role is home-based, reporting to an Executive Director of Sales Performance, with travel for in-market visits 2–4 times annually. You will build a sales-focused culture with hotel leadership, drive ROI for partners, and manage accounts in Salesforce to shorten the sales cycle.
