Responsibilities Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets. Hire, train, develop and motivate team members, ensuring effective succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders. Lead excellent customer service through in‑the‑moment coaching, role modeling, and utilizing customer feedback to reinforce and improve service quality. Maximize sales performance of the team through product‑knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking and conducting inventory counts. Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness. Protect store assets, facilities, and team members by ensuring all operational guidelines and safety and security policies are followed, equipment is properly maintained, and financial transactions comply with the Cash Handling Policy. Maintain current and accurate business, legal, and personnel records and store resource materials, performing daily and weekly payroll and labor responsibilities and managing time‑keeping records. Develop marketing opportunities; partner with mall management on marketing and promotional events and programs. Work traditional retail hours consistent with a high‑performing retail location. Champion Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store. Qualifications Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, energized by working with people. Eager to learn and grow. Positive attitude and fun‑loving spirit. 1‑year proven, results‑driven retail store manager experience is helpful. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
