St. Patrick's Home for Rehabilitation and Health Care in  Bronx New York is seeking a caring, warm-hearted, per diem Occupational Therapist(OT) who is currently licensed in New York or is a graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from OT intervention.

Minimum Requirements:

• New York Occupational Therapy License
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
