About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) / X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Waimea, Hawaii. This role is responsible for performing both CT and diagnostic X-Ray procedures while providing safe, accurate, and efficient imaging services.


Candidates must be able to work independently, remain flexible for rotating day and night shifts, and participate in on-call coverage. When on call, the technologist must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray examinations in accordance with established imaging procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare patients and imaging equipment for diagnostic procedures while ensuring accurate image acquisition.
• Work independently while maintaining safe and efficient imaging operations.
• Complete required imaging documentation and clinical workflow using Cerner.
• Participate in rotating shifts, weekends, on-call coverage, and overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of CT and/or Radiologic Technology Experience Required.
• Current ARRT(CT) Certification Required.
• Appropriate Radiologic Technology Certification Required for X-Ray Responsibilities.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required.
• Must Be Able to Work Independently, Remain Flexible for Rotating Shifts, and Reside Within 20 Minutes of the Hospital During On-Call Coverage.

The CT/X-Ray Technologist will provide dependable diagnostic imaging services while maintaining high standards of patient care and imaging safety.
