This position may require floating between various facilities.

Qualifications

Fully Licensed Rad Tech Required Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree
• License/Certifications: Licensed with IEMA; American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire. ARRt (R) registry eligible. Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
• Other requirements/information: May be required to float between clinics as needed.
• Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Other skills/knowledge: Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy.
• Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of Epic.
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.

Licensure/Certifications: Current certification as a radiology technician with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

Limited License Rad Tech Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED
• Experience: 1 year healthcare experience
• Licensure/ Certification: Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT. American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. May be required to float between clinics as needed.

• Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of Epic.
