What you'll do: Manage client engagements from start to finish; including projecting, planning, supervising, directing, and completing tax projects Review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with Firm and professional standards Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other team members to identify and research complex tax issues Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns Identify and mitigate tax risks Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers Attend networking and continuing professional education seminars Assist with initiatives of various Firm committees Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred Four to six years of similar experience Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong multi-tasking skills Ability to work extended hours as necessary Travel locally to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed As a team member, you'll enjoy the following benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Wellness program Flexible work-life balance Paid community service day Hawkins Ash CPAs office locations: Brookfield Green Bay La Crosse Manitowoc Marshfield Medford Mequon Neenah Rochester St. Charles Winona #J-18808-Ljbffr
