About the role

- Present repair and replacement options, including financing when it fits
- Hand off smoothly to the install team
- Log calls and notes in ServiceTitan, and make client follow-up calls
- Work mostly solo (about 90%), with support from the team on Microsoft Teams
- Take part in ongoing paid technical and sales training
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- A track record of bringing in $750K+ in annual revenue
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Honest and ethical, with no selling unnecessary repairs
- Punctual, reliable, coachable and detail-oriented
- Your own hand tools
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and home parking that fits a Transit or Sprinter van
- Comfortable working in attics, basements and outdoors
Nice to have
- About 5 years of experience
- NATE certification
- Competitive and motivated by metrics (the team checks a daily leaderboard)
- Open to mentoring others
Pay
- $25 to $35 per hour, plus commission
- Uncapped commission on equipment sales
- SPIFFs on repairs sold
- Performance bonuses and internal bonus opportunities
- Year-end cash profit sharing
- Overtime at time and a half
Benefits and perks
- Medical for you, 100% company-paid
- Optional dental and voluntary life
- State-run retirement savings program
- Paid major federal holidays, plus 40 hours of PTO front-loaded after 90 days
- Take-home Transit or Sprinter truck plus a gas card
- Company phone and iPad
- Uniforms, larger tools and equipment provided
- Referral program
Schedule
- About 40 hours a week, with overtime in busy seasons
- First call at 8 AM
- Saturday on-call shift starting at 8 AM
