Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is vital in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top‑tier talent that aligns with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback, and decision‑making processes. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and support. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system. Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities. Qualifications Proven experience in a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
