BARISTA SUPERVISOR (FULL AND PART TIME)

Shift Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for full and part-time Shift Supervisor positions. Address: Sacred Heart University - 5151 Park Ave, Fairfield, CT 06825. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Open availability; shifts may vary. More details are available upon interview. Requirement: Flexible schedule. Must have prior bairsita/coffee house experience. Prior supervisory experience and strong organizational skills. Fixed Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential duties and responsibilities include providing training and creating work schedules, evaluating the performance of workers, preparing production or sales reports for management, acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off, and performing other duties as assigned.
