Direct Support Professional

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Cape May County area to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for compassionate, self‑motivated, and energetic individuals who are eager to support individuals in their journey toward independence. We have two schedules in this zip code: 1. 3 Weekdays, 1P‑4P or 1‑5P 2. Tuesday 10:00am‑12:00pm Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily activities and personal goals, promoting independence and community engagement. Support participation in small outings and community‑based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person‑centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well‑being of the individuals at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community‑based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person‑centered mindset with a positive attitude and open‑mindedness. Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence.
