Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (MSN preferred)
• BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, and CNOR required
• Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience
• Minimum 3 years OR experience required
• Experience in education, course development, or simulation preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
• Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical education and training for hospital staff
• Develop and deliver curriculum with department leaders
• Serve as resource for healthcare education programs
• Utilize simulation mannequins and software for training
• Evaluate learning outcomes and revise programs as needed
• Collaborate with Quality Management on improvement initiatives
• Support DNV and regulatory education requirements
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and hospital mission
• Assist with Quality Department activities as assigned
