At Black Earth Lanes , you'll spend part of your shift behind the bar serving customers and learning the craft of making high-quality cocktails. During other times, you'll help prepare our simple food menu and keep the kitchen running smoothly. No fancy chef experience is needed—we'll train the right person.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with people, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

We're growing our business and investing in our bar. Our goal is to build one of the best places in the area to grab a drink, enjoy good food, and spend time with friends and family. If you're someone who wants to grow your skills and be part of building something special, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages with confidence and professionalism.

• Learn the art of crafting high-quality cocktails—we'll teach you.

• Prepare and cook items from our kitchen menu.

• Keep both the bar and kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.

• Deliver friendly, genuine customer service.

• Work as a team to create a great experience for every guest.
