Operations Lead: Shipping, Inventory & Quality Champion

Crescent is seeking an Operations Lead to coordinate and optimize inbound, inventory, quality, and shipping functions at our Cincinnati facility. You will act as a liaison between supervisors and frontline teams, drive safety, process improvements, and data integrity while upholding the Crescent Way and the three P's: Purpose, Process, People. In this role you will manage materials, office supplies, and department needs, ensure OSHA/SDS/ISO/SQF compliance, and foster positive customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Crescent
