RequiredWork ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a RN. RequiredPrior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication. PreferredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois. RequiredBiannual BLS and ACLS certification. RequiredSpecialty certification through hospital approved certifications.
