• Role Overview:
  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and overall oral health
  • Adapt quickly to practice workflows and contribute to an efficient schedule
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin dental hygienist license in good standing
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
