Summary

Salary Range by Geographic Location:

• Idaho Falls, ID - $106,437 to $163,514
• Schenectady, NY - $109,810 to $168,696
• Pittsburgh, PA - $110,047 to $169,060
• Washington, D.C. - $121,785 to $187,093

The BR-03 pay pand is equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14 grade levels.

Duties

Help

• You will conduct research and analysis to provide technical insight into operations that would remain unknown that could hinder programs for operating in an efficient and effective manner.
• You will gather data and formulate dashboards, graphs, or tables that provide context into the components that support organizational programs and highlight area of concern or deficiencies.
• You will analyze program adjustments and evaluate the impact of alternative levels of effort and resources on accomplishing established objectives and develops.
• You will perform comparative analysis of the funding levels for various interagency programs to identify deficiencies, parity, or critical factors contributing to the success or efficiency of operations.
• You will conduct studies, gather program documentation, analyze metrics and data to provide an objective assessment of program performance.

• This may be a Drug Testing position. If so, successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required.
• A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You may be subject to random drug testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position may be subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
• Security clearance and financial disclosure requirements will vary dependent upon position.
• Certificates may be issued at any point during the open period and for up to 120 days after closing based on hiring needs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the the next lower pay band, BR-02 (GS-12 Equivalent) , in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting assessments or evaluation of program operations to provide insight on performance or identify operational deficiencies.
