This role offers a remote work setting that allows for a unique balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Our staff operates primarily from home, with the occasional requirement for in-person meetings and team collaborations. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather comprehensive insights into patients' unique backgrounds and experiences, laying the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients, incorporating their cultural and personal backgrounds into every therapeutic approach.

• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns while promoting emotional resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure your patients benefit from coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, effectively addressing urgent patient needs.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge for a better understanding of mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear and accurate patient records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, coupled with a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
