Civil/Structural/Building Envelope Engineer (Ph.D.) Location: Atlanta, GA. Practice: Civil & Structural Engineering. Position Type: Full-time. Workplace: On-site. Responsibilities Inspection, analysis, and determination of root causes of structural/building envelope performance failures Conducting analytical and computer problem solving Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys Preparing technical reports and presentations Establishing professional expertise through continued professional development Qualifications Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or related field Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) or ability to become licensed within two years in Georgia and/or Florida Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writes clearly and concisely; speaking clearly and concisely) Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams Ability to support multiple group projects Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and related industry Applies technical knowledge, creativity, and innovation in completing assignments Compensation Base salary range dependent on experience and capabilities, to be assessed during interview.
