Level II or Level I trauma experience required . License & Certifications: Active Michigan RN license verification required (provide LARA and Nursys). Required certification: BLS (AHA) . Exclusion Policy: Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within 6 months of employment. Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: 60-bed Medical Surgical Unit with mixed acuity (post-surgical, medical conditions, traumas, strokes, and inpatient hospice). Level 2 North is a 28-bed MS unit handling general, vascular, bariatric, plastic surgery, trauma, and serving as the hospital's stroke unit. Compliance & Facility Policies Strict Attendance Policy: Enforces a strict 3-strike attendance policy (absences or being more than 20 minutes late 3 times results in immediate contract termination).
