What would you do working in this role?
- You would have the chance to work in a variety of welding techniques (Mig, Tig, STICK and Laser)
- You'd have the chance to do some equipment maintenance
- Read and comprehend construction drawings and specs
- Mentor coworkers to enhance their skill sets
- Partner with other crews and their lead people (if off-site)
What would you need to be able to do this job?
- Experience in multiple welding techniques (Tig, Mig, STICK, Laser)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet production deadlines
- Technical degree in welding OR 3+ years welding experience
