Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred

• Skilled in group and individual therapy, including sensory-motor, self-care, and fine motor interventions
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to meet diverse student needs in rapidly changing educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with academic goals and therapy best practices
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups, fostering skill acquisition and independence
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on occupational therapy interventions and progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other allied professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as required by school policies and state regulations
