Job Title

What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Shared position. 20 hours doing field dispatch work and 20 hours dedicated to the Sonic Account. Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.

TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing

What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
