Office Assistant / Receptionist - Part-Time

Location: Manufacturing Facility in Whitehall, MI | Starting Pay: $16/hour

We’re seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at a fast-paced manufacturing company. If you're a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

• Maintain office supplies and organization

• Support various departments with basic clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Previous office or receptionist experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

• Comfortable using standard office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)

• Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
