**Must have CT and X-Ray Experience along with required certs and a CA license**

# beds 2 Scanners Siemens Sensation 64 & GE 16 Light Speed
Certs BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, CA license, Fluoro
Ratios 10-20 scans depending on the shift. Evenings are the busiest
EMR Cerner & McKesson PACS
Holidays Same hours as weekends - work into rotation
Scrub Color Teal
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house Radiologist is not 24/7. Use Nighthawk for night shift.

Floating: Radiology
Floor specific orientation 3-4 shifts
Common diagnosis / Types of patients ER patients, Virtual Colonography, gated procedures in case they are asked. Otherwise general CT Experience

We’re looking for experienced and professional candidates who can independently perform all procedures with high-quality results. As a CT Tech, you’ll:

Prepares, administers, and measures radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies Obtain images, produces film records and backups from disk to storage media, and transfers from desk to PACS stations

Maintains accurate study documentation

Performs a variety of tasks

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Administers radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases under the direction of a physician.

Detects and maps radiopharmaceuticals in patients’ bodies.

Process cardiac function studies.

Calculates, measures, and records radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed of.

Records and processes results of procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience

Candidates must have ARRT(R)(CT) certification

CA State Venipuncture permit

BLS certification issued by AHA
