Environmental Logistics Manager - Source Testing

Position Overview As an Environmental Logistics Manager - Stack at Onterris, you will manage people, resources, and processes to support production teams in source testing. You must have at least 3+ years of stack testing experience and be comfortable taking ownership of a range of responsibilities. Compensation is $90k–$110k annually. Key Responsibilities Follow established procedures and processes to support consistent and reliable source testing. Participate in the safety culture and be responsible for local office safety training and compliance, following the Corporate Safety Team’s lead. Supervise, train, mentor the Stack Senior Field Technicians, Field Technicians, Shop Managers, and Shop Coordinators. Promote team building, employee retention, recruiting and morale. Review and approve all time sheets and expenses for direct reports via Workday. Collaborate with RVPs to execute initiatives and monitor compliance at the local office level. Ensure the field test team is staffed appropriately for all tasks and lead, train, and mentor field team personnel. Manage local office asset management including predictive maintenance, inventories, repairs, calibrations, and shop organization & cleanliness (test equipment, gas cylinders, trucks, trailers, etc.). Perform annual employee performance reviews and provide compensation input and promotion recommendations for direct reports. Assist with inter-regional support of personnel and equipment, and work to manage vehicle and trailer fleet (tags, registration, Dangerous Goods Bill of Lading, inspections, safety equipment, ELD/Telematics). Qualifications 3+ years minimum of stack testing experience. High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of EPA source test methods/procedures, air quality or emission monitors, etc. Ability and willingness to travel locally and out-of-town with overnight stays as required. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening. Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Ability to work in outdoor industrial settings, including climbing to and working on elevated platforms (50–300 ft) per OSHA/ANSI and other applicable safety standards; exert moderate physical effort, including lifting heavy materials up to 50 lbs; often works outdoors and may be exposed to hot and cold environments and extreme weather conditions such as sunlit, rainy, and windy; sitting, standing, and walking as required.
