Job Description Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Services Technician to join our inpatient rehab team. This role will be Full-Time, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, 1 major and 1 minor holiday required Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. Work/Life Balance: offeringpaid time off, paid parental leave, and more. The Rehabilitation Technician adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies. Assists with the patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities. Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts. Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit May perform additional duties as assigned.
