Distribution Associate- 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 1:30pm - 10:00pm + OT)

Overview We are hiring a Distribution Associate in Denton, Texas. The Distribution Associate reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities Load LTL trucks Process documents and ship confirmations (e.g., packing slips) Move materials with multiple forklifts (reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack, dock stocker) Pull and pack customer orders Band pallets Process bill of lading Consolidate PIDs Pick and ship orders Handle HAZMAT items Troubleshoot HAZMAT issues Utilize product knowledge to fulfill orders accurately and escalate issues as needed Work efficiently to achieve goals Follow regulatory agency (FDA, UL, or ISO) standards and policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing) High school degree or equivalent Knowledge and experience with RF guns preferred Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Working Conditions Capable of working independently and as part of a team Personal computer skills – SAP, Microsoft Office Willing to operate forklift equipment and work at heights of 30 feet Excellent communication skills Leadership capability Capable of working required overtime Ability to apply and use required forces (e.g., 50 lbs. of material lifting) repetitively Excellent work record (attendance, attitude, and productivity) Sponsorship This position will not support sponsorship.
