Laboratory Technologist (MLT/LVN/CLS)

Location: San Leandro, CA
Pay: $26.00–$32.00/hour (DOE) + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Important: Must pick up and return the company van at the beginning and end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform waived laboratory testing (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular & Coagulation)
• Collect blood specimens (venipuncture/capillary)
• Process specimens and enter patient data into the LIS
• Perform quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Review abnormal results, maintain documentation, and monitor STAT turnaround times
• Assist with inventory, compliance, and operate a company vehicle as needed
• Follow all laboratory safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active California MLT, LVN, or CLS license ( required )
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Laboratory and specimen processing experience; phlebotomy experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)

Note: Phlebotomists are not eligible unless they also hold an active California LVN, MLT, or CLS license.
