Summary The Customer Experience Coordinator serves as the store ambassador, shaping a personalized customer journey and supporting efficient store operations. This role delivers exemplary service and clienteling to maximize sales while maintaining a professional store environment. The Coordinator partners with leadership to ensure a seamless and hospitable experience for every guest. Responsibilities Ensure client expectations are exceeded and maintain an environment focused on the customer experience using hospitality tools. Ensure all employees present professionally and practice the highest level of customer service to achieve maximum sales. Map and maintain clienteling activities for each guest to support repeat business. Promote seamless efficiency and a positive atmosphere across the store experience. Partner with leadership and expert teams to proactively address service issues. Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team. Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service. Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a focus on relationship building.
