Patient Access & Referral Coordinator

Dartmouth Health is seeking a referrals coordinator to manage reviews, processes, and tracking for services provided by our providers. The role includes scheduling appointments, tests, or procedures; responding to patient calls; and supporting staff in communicating with patients and physicians.
You will act as a liaison between PCPs and outside specialists. The position involves greeting patients, guiding them through forms, and ensuring accurate schedules and follow-ups.
