Registered Nurse (RN) - Home HealthLocation: Mesa County, COAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday day schedule with on-call rotation.Job Description: SummitWest Care is a nonprofit home health agency seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care in the community.
